When it comes to selling a home, you want peace of mind knowing your agent is taking care of you through constant communication at any time of the day or night. Jaysa was always there for us. She was never pushy or showy. It was always genuine care and help for our best interests.
There were several times throughout the eight month process of building our home through Prairie Homes and selling our other home when my wife and I would say to each other “Jaysa will take care of it. She always has things under control.” It was priceless convenience.

I highly recommend Jaysa Bowers! We hired Jaysa to sell my parents family farm. She came highly recommended from my best friend, Kevin Roth, a farmer in Seward County. We interviewed Jaysa and several other realtors who wanted to list the farm. It was clear from talking to her that she knows her stuff. I asked her for a fair market valuation of the farm and in a couple days she provided an analysis that was more detailed than the 2 commercial appraisals we had done. When we listed the property with Jaysa, she did a great job marketing it and got a solid very good offer in 19 days! (This is after listing it at a price much higher than any of the other realtors or appraisers had recommended!) Before we closed there were a few issues/problems that could have blown the deal, but she handled them very professionally and successfully. She's the best.
